How does it work?

Once NetSuite and Upflow are connected, you can export collection data from Upflow back to NetSuite. Your teams then see each customer’s AR situation directly on the NetSuite customer record, without needing an Upflow account. Only information stored at the customer level can be exported, and it is written to the matching NetSuite customer record. Values are refreshed every time the customer is updated in Upflow.
The export requires a NetSuite account whose concurrent request limit is at least 2. If your limit is lower, saving the configuration fails with an error.

Set up the export

  1. In NetSuite, create the customer entity field that will receive each Upflow value.
  2. In Upflow, go to SettingsIntegrations and scroll to the Export to NetSuite section.
  3. Turn on the Export to NetSuite toggle. The Export to NetSuite section in the Upflow integration settings, with the toggle enabled and several Upflow fields mapped to NetSuite fields.
  4. On each row, choose the Upflow field you want to export, then the NetSuite field it should be written to.
  5. Click Add field to map another field, or the bin icon to remove a mapping.
  6. Click Save. The sync starts, and each mapped field is updated whenever the customer changes in Upflow.

Customer fields available for export

Your customer custom fields are also available for export and appear in the same Upflow field dropdown, below the fields listed above.
The Customer portal URL is refreshed periodically so the link your team opens from NetSuite stays valid.
