Rillet is an AI-native ERP built for modern finance teams. Connecting it to Upflow brings together your accounting source of truth and your collections layer, so your AR data stays current and your team can focus on getting paid. Here’s an overview of how Rillet integrates with Upflow.

Sync Frequency

The sync frequency between Rillet and Upflow is every hour. For accounts with a large volume of invoices, the sync may run every 2 hours to account for the time Rillet’s API takes to process larger data sets.

Deletions in Rillet are also reflected in Upflow. For larger accounts, this check runs once every 24 hours rather than with every sync.

Invoice PDFs

Invoice PDFs are synced from Rillet and available in Upflow for use in collection emails and on the customer portal.

Payments

Payments collected through the Upflow portal are recorded in Upflow and the invoice is marked as paid. These payments are not automatically written back to Rillet — your team will need to reconcile them manually in Rillet.

Contacts

Contacts are created in Upflow from the customer data synced from Rillet.

Multi-entity / Subsidiary Support

The integration supports Rillet subsidiaries. Let the Upflow team know which subsidiaries should be synced.

Getting Connected

The integration is configured by the Upflow team during your onboarding. To get started, you’ll need to:
  1. Add integrations+rillet@upflow.io as an Admin user in your Rillet account
  2. Enable API Access in Rillet under Organization Settings → API Access, and generate an API key
  3. Share the API key securely via https://secrets.upflow.io/.
If API Access isn’t visible in your Rillet settings, contact Rillet support to have it enabled for your account.

Data Validation

Once your integration is live, it’s worth doing a quick check to confirm your data looks as expected. If you notice any discrepancies, reach out to your Upflow contact or get in touch at support@upflow.io.
