Send yourself or your team dashboards on weekly or monthly basis and use these as reminders or reports for your finance team.

How does it work?

From your Analytics tab, you have access to four default dashboards, accessible from the top left: And the ability to create custom ones if needed. In both defaults and customs, you can filter your data on specific information (top right of the page).

Schedule your report email

Head to the dashboard of your choice (defaults or custom). Then at the top right, click the calendar icon: Add your team’s email addresses or yours in the dedicated field, select the recurrence, the time*, then click Schedule! *the time you select will be based on your organization timezone (Settings > Company > bottom of the page). The format is 24 hours.

You have three options: daily, weekly, monthly. The time options will be available accordingly:

How many report emails can be scheduled per dashboard? You can define one automatic schedule per dashboard. Who can access this feature? Any users with an Admin role or a Finance position.
