You can use Upflow’s customer portals to capture your customer’s payment methods even when they have no outstanding invoices (yet). 💡 This is especially useful if you want to start collecting payment methods easily as part of your sales or onboarding motions, typically before activating services, or if you’re looking for a better alternative to your existing process. As soon as a new customer is created in Upflow, provided you have enabled online payment methods, you can send them a link to their customer portal for registering a card or direct debit mandate.
