❗Upflow information will mirror those of the designated source (CRM or billing tool), so any update you want to see applied must be performed there.
If your contacts are not managed in your billing tool and you are using a CRM not yet integrated with Upflow, you can manage them directly from Upflow. This includes bulk imports and adjustments on the fly — even while sending a reminder! You can also refer to the API documentation.
