# Online payment receipt

> Send and download Upflow online payment receipts for card and direct debit transactions, including surcharges or fees, from the transaction details page.

After your customer triggers a payment, they will automatically receive a receipt at the address used during checkout. It also applies to automatically triggered payments.

On your end, you can also download the payment receipt from the transaction details page for any Upflow payment. It is also available in [the transaction list view](https://app.upflow.io/organization/-/transactions).
