Are your invoices imported into Upflow via an accounting tool, but you use a different tool for billing? If so, there’s a chance the invoices imported into Upflow may not match the format your customers receive, potentially causing confusion. To address this, Upflow offers a simple toggle that allows you to hide these mismatched invoices. You can enable this feature in the **Invoicing** section in your **Settings**. Once activated: * The PDF version of these invoices will no longer be accessible in Upflow. * Customers will not see them in their portal. * You will not see them on the invoice screen or in any emails or letters sent via Upflow. **Please note that this feature will prevent you from using Upflow to send invoices to your customer.**
