# Manage your customers information in bulk

> Filter your Upflow customer list view by custom fields and apply bulk updates such as assignments, workflows or exclusions to multiple accounts at once.

Customers’ updates can be completed from the dedicated list view and applied to several at once.

[Filter them](/en-us/upflow-configuration/organization-configuration/filters) per your interest criteria (including your custom fields), and save the view if you are likely to access the same list again.

* [Assign a workflow or one/several users](/en-us/core-entities/customers/assign-users-or-workflows-to-your-customers)
* [Assign a payment method](/en-us/payments/accept-online-payments/managing-online-payment-methods)
* [Modify custom field values](/en-us/core-entities/others/import-and-create-custom-fields-into-upflow)
* [Enable/Disable Autopay](/en-us/payments/collect-online-payments/collecting-automatically-with-autopay)
* [Enable/Disable surcharges](/en-us/payments/collect-online-payments/passing-card-surcharges-on-to-customers)
* [Create Action campaigns](/en-us/collection-and-collaboration/run-your-collection/action-campaigns)

💡 Manage this list like the others: hide/display and rearrange columns, save your preferred views to access them in a click, search/filter...

## From another source system

You can alternatively opt for updates from different source systems

* [Connect Salesforce](/en-us/integrations/salesforce/connect) to your organization and automatically assign your Account owners as Upflow Assigned users.
* Update your customers’ workflow, assigned user(s), custom fields, and payment method(s) via API.

  * Pull the information using our [Update Customer endpoint](https://upflow.docs.apiary.io/#reference/0/customers/update-customer)
  * Configure behaviors triggered by your source system’s events with automation tools such as Zapier (ex: assign a workflow based on a customer’s payment method with a PUT request)
* Import a CSV file to mass-assign Workflows and Account managers ([learn more](/en-us/core-entities/customers/import-and-update-your-customers-via-csv)).
