You can contact your customers via different channels as part of your Workflows. The following fees apply to your postal reminders—in addition to your subscription. *** 💡 Letters are billed at the beginning of the month following their sending, unless you purchase a letter bundle. *** *If you are interested in purchasing a **letter bundle** as a part of your Upflow subscription, please reach out to [support@upflow.io](mailto:support@upflow.io) or your dedicated CSM.* ## For our US-based users If your company is based in the US, the following pricing applies to the postal letters you may send from Upflow: | **Option** | **Price per letter (USD)** | | ------------------- | -------------------------- | | Letter, First Class | \$1.2 | | Additional page | \$0.2 | | International fees | \$1.23 | The total fees for billing is calculated by summing the letter fees ( i.e. \$1.2), additional page fees and international letter fees (if letter is sent outside the US). * If you send a letter from the US to the US, one-pager, your letter will cost \$1.2 * If you send a letter from the US to the US, three pages, your letter will cost \$1.6 * If you send a letter from the US to the international, one-pager, your letter will cost \$2.43 The fees apply whether your letter is black & white or with colors. ## For our users in the rest of the world If your company is located outside of the US: *** ⚠️ The color fees will be applied based on your logo: if your logo is black and white, the color fees won't apply. ***
