# Draft email replies automatically with Upflow's AI

> Generate context-aware reply drafts to customer emails directly in Upflow with Suggested Replies, then review, customize and send without rewriting from scratch.

Tired of manually writing replies from scratch to your customers day after day? This time is over. With Upflow Suggested Replies, you can ask your AI assistant to help you write your emails.

No need to start from scratch. Just click, review, customize, and send.

## How does it work

1. Open a customer reply in your Actions list view > To do.
2. Click the “**AI editor**” button
3. Upflow generates a suggested response based on:
   👉 Your customer’s message
   👉 Their invoice(s) and collection status
   👉 Their Upflow portal link
4. Review, click **Insert** to use the reply, and edit if needed.

## What can be included in the draft

## Good to know

* You’re always in control. AI replies are suggestions. You can edit or discard them.
* Drafts won’t send until you confirm.
* Suggestions improve as more customer interactions are handled via Upflow.
